Technical regulations of the Customs union (EAC certification) give the opportunity to enter 5 countries such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzia.

Ves Testing & Certification is a global certification provider of the documents of conformity to Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU), which is now known as Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Certificates and Declarations. The EAC system came to replace the national GOST standards in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan in 2010. EAC system includes over 30 TR CU.

Technical Regulations of the Customs union assume two form of approval – The Declaration of Conformity and The Certificate of Conformity. Some Technical Regulations include also State Registration Certificate.

Once one of these documents are obtained the manufacturer can put the EAC MARK on his product which guarantees successful import of the product to the territory of Customs union countries.
